Bram Vaassen
I am an associate professor at Umeå University, where I research on philosophical issues surrounding causation and explanation and teach in a variety of topics in philosophy, including metaphysics, philosophy of mind, metaethics, and the pedagogical use of philosophical puzzles.
Before taking up this position, I was postdoctoral research fellow at Rutgers University, Umeå University, and the University of Cologne, and obtained my PhD at Umeå University.
When I'm not working, I am saving up for a nice pair of shoes.
